family business atmosphere

I like the family business atmosphere. Once I gave them the insurance paperwork they were able to get it approved and started the work right away. Bruce and Helen made me laugh and smile every day that I came in there, unlike some other body shops I have gone to in the past. When your car gets wrecked you are not always in the smiling mood.

Bruce even washed and cleaned my car, because it was a bit dirty when I brought it in. It felt like a new car!
