Ok so Bruce is a true master at what he does. I've brought several vehicles to the shop and he always comes right out and will give a very detailed estimate. Long story short, I recently brought my truck that had been vandalized with a rock on one side. He looked it over and said he wanted to try some wet sanding and polishing before advancing to the very expensive option. This door panel literally looks brand new now, and it cost almost nothing. The more expensive option if that hadn't worked was into the couple grand vicinity. He claims that you can still see it in some certain lighting and when there's a full moon but I can't see any evidence of the nasty scratches. Love this shop.

Great repair plus excellent customer interaction. They are willing to go to bat for you when your insurance company is attempting to cut corners on the repair job.   Very professional and ethical company. The completed work is fantastic absolutely no indication the vehicle was ever in an accident. Also, the vehicle was ready on the promised date.

That there are not more glowing reports here is beyond my comprehension. You will not do better in the area for price, workmanship, a friendly family, and very professional, highly experienced workmen. I shopped all over for a job and they won hands down, what a shame I have just found out about them after 45 years living locally. Give them a try, and you may then thank me under your breath afterwards.

Excellent work, courteous service, prompt communication. The very definition of a well run family owned and operated business. Besides that, Bruce is a bit of a perfectionist. Much appreciated and I couldn’t be more satisfied.

I like the family business atmosphere. Once I gave them the insurance paperwork they were able to get it approved and started the work right away. Bruce and Helen made me laugh and smile every day that I came in there, unlike some other body shops I have gone to in the past. When your car gets wrecked you are not always in the smiling mood. Bruce even washed and cleaned my car, because it was a bit dirty when I brought it in. It felt like a new car!

Now, nobody likes to have to go to a body shop. Usually, your car was damaged and it's a tough time. Not at Carl's. Helen and Bruce were awesome. Took my car in for damage to my door from a tow truck, dropped it off on Monday, had it back on Friday. The care they took to ensure my car was back better than it was before was amazing. They even cleaned my interior! If I know someone in need of a body shop or just needing some work done, I will always be referring Carl's Body Shop to everyone I know!

Bruce and Helen are very helpful. I've been unfortunate enough to be in too many accidents over the years, so I've seen them often. They make the process clear from the beginning and keep you updated throughout. It's not a coincidence they have so many other 5-star ratings. Highly recommend.

Great service!! Bruce and Helen will do everything they can to give you the best possible service and experience they can. My car was hit and the front bumper came off. They got me a rental car and ordered parts immediately to fix it. Everything was done in a few days and my new bumper looks great!!!

I got to know the family who runs it, and when the time came, I brought my own car here for some body work. The family who runs this place is amazing. When our 17 year old grandson from Michigan came to California to live with us, our own children were long gone so we had been out of the need for any Auto Body work. His first day here he crashed our car. We took it to the local familiar name repair shop and they quoted us $3,000.00. This was a terrible amount to have to pay on day one of our grandson's year here. We took the car for a second estimate at Carl's Body Shop but did not tell them of the first estimate. They looked it over and ... came up with an estimate of $1500.00. We were thrilled
